The My Documents portlet (for My Pages) and the Community Documents portlet (for community pages) display documents in selected projects (listed in the My Projects or Community Projects portlet). Project members can upload files to a project to make them available in these portlets and Project Documents for viewing and editing by other project members. Project members with the appropriate permissions can also check out documents, edit them, and check them back in. The version history of the document is saved in the project.
The portlets display the following information about each document:
