Lets users access the Everyone's Tags view from the View drop-down list.

Lets users access their My Tags view from the View drop-down list.

Prescribe Views

Lets users perform the following:

• Prescribe Custom views to other people

• Edit and delete Prescribed views that they create

• Remove views that were prescribed to them from their list of views

Save Searches

Lets users save queries.

Set User Preferences

Lets users access the Tagging Engine Preferences page, which is used to override the preferences that the administrator sets on the Defaults page.

View People

Lets users view people.

Note: If the Users result type is selected on a user's Tagging Engine Preferences page, that user will be able to see users in their search results on the Items tab and Tagging Engine Items portlet, regardless of whether or not that user has the View People capability.

The Tagging Engine determines the users to display by employing the same method used for displaying all other items. User objects are not people as defined by the Tagging Engine; only people (displayed on the People tabs and Tagging Engine People portlet) can be considered subject matter experts. View Tags

Lets users view tags in tag lists/tag clouds and in search results.
