The Tagging Engine uses the following activity rights to grant access
to various functionality:

Lets users see the Tagging Engine application.
Access to Tagging Engine End User Interfaces
In
addition to the Access Tagging Engine activity right, users must have
the following to access various end user components of the Tagging Engine:
Read access to the Tagging Engine Items Web Service
to access the Tagging Engine Items portlet
Read access to the Tagging Engine People Web Service
to access the Tagging Engine People portlet
Read access to the Tagging Engine Web Service to
access the Simple and Enhanced user interfaces via navigation tags
Access to Tagging Engine Administration
To
access Tagging Engine Administration, administrators must have the Access
Tagging Engine, Access Administration, and Access Utilities activity rights.
Additionally, administrators must have Read access to the Tagging Engine
Administration Web Service.
