Project Tasks (Personal Project)
Project Tasks displays the task lists in your project. A task list contains a set of tasks and subtasks to be completed for a project. To learn more about tasks, refer to About Tasks.
Note: Administrators have full control of your personal project, so they, too, can view, manage, and delete objects in your projects. They can also create a new public project based on your personal project.

Task Lists
Task Lists displays the following information about each task list:

The name of the task list. |
Tasks |
The number of tasks contained in the task list. |
Status |
The collective percentage complete of the tasks in the task list. The status icons indicate the status of the task with the highest risk:
indicates no risk
indicates moderate risk
indicates high risk.

Start Date |
The start date of the earliest task in the task list. |
End Date |
The end date of the last task in the task list. |
You can perform the following actions in Task Lists:

To create a new task list, click New Task List and complete the New Task List page.

To view the details and tasks for a task list, click its name. This displays Task List Details and Tasks.
- To edit the properties of an existing task list, click its name; then, on the details page, click Edit and complete the Edit Task List page.
- To receive e-mail notification when project task lists are created or edited, click Subscribe. If you are already subscribed to project task lists and you want to stop receiving notification, click Unsubscribe. If the Subscribe link is not enabled, you need to set your e-mail address in your user profile.

Task List Details
Task List Details displays the following information about the task list:
- Description: The description of the task list.
- Tasks: The number of tasks contained in the task list.
- Status: The collective percentage complete of the tasks in the task list. The status icons indicate the status of the task with the highest risk:
indicates no risk
indicates moderate risk
indicates high risk.
- Start Date: The start date of the earliest task in the task list.
- End Date: The end date of the last task in the task list.
You can perform the following actions in Task List Details:
- To change the name and description for new tasks in the list, click Edit. This displays the Edit Task List page.
- To permanently remove this task list from the project, click Delete.
- To receive e-mail notification when this task list is edited, click Subscribe. If you are already subscribed to this task list and you want to stop receiving notification, click Unsubscribe. If the Subscribe link is not enabled, you need to set your e-mail address in your user profile. You cannot subscribe to closed discussions.
- To send an e-mail inviting other users to view or subscribe to this task list, click Notify. This displays the Send Notification page.
- To return to Project Tasks, in the Task Path, click Tasks.

Tasks
Tasks displays the following information about each task:

Task Details
Task Details displays the following information about the task:
- Description: The description of the task.
- Status: The percent complete. The status icons indicate the risk level of the task:

- Start Date: The start date of the task.
- End Date: The end date of the task.
You can perform the following actions in Task Details:
- To change the name, description, start date, due date, and status, click Edit. This displays the Edit Task page.
- To assign this task to users, click Choose Task Assignments.
- To permanently remove this task from the project, click Delete.
- To return to Project Tasks, in the Task Path, click Tasks.
- To return to Task List Details, in the Task Path, click the name of the task list.
