You can manually synchronize your My Calendar portlet with your Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar. To do so, your administrator must have configured groupware integration and you must have defined your account settings in My Account.
When synchronization occurs, Oracle WebCenter Collaboration:
Exports the events, tasks and milestones that you created since the last synchronization to your Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar. The following table lists the items that are exported from your Calendar and explains how they appear in your Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar:
