In the Path to Document box, type the Documentum server path to the file you want to import into the portal.
Under Choose Content Type, specify which content type you want to use to import the metadata associated with this file:
- To use this folder's default content type for Documentum files, leave Default Content Type selected.
- To use another content type, choose This Content Type, click Change, select the content type you want, and click OK.
Under Choose Knowledge Directory Folders, specify into which folders you want to import this file:
- To add folders, click
Add Folder; then, in the Choose Folders dialog box, select the folders you want to add and click OK. To add a folder, you must have at least Select access to that folder. - To remove folders, select the folders and click
. - To select or clear all of the folder check boxes, select or clear the box to the left of Folder Names.
- To toggle the order in which the folders are sorted, click Folder Names or click the icon to the right of that—
(sort ascending, a-z) or 
(sort descending, z-a).
In the Content Language drop-down list, choose the language used for the majority of the document's content. The language you choose is the language by which the document is indexed. The search engine uses the language when searching.
