Users can choose to receive email notifications with the results of a saved search. The frequency at which saved search email notifications are received (every 1-14 days) is set on the Tagging Engine Preferences page. Saved search email notifications are always sent as scheduled, whether or not the result set has changed.
Saved search emails display the top N results, sorted by last modified date, where N is the number of items specified by Number of Items to Display in Email, located in the Saved Search Email Notifications section on the Tagging Engine Preferences page.
