Collaboration Notification

The Notification Health Monitor will send a notification email to an administrator when there is a problem contacting or using the Notification Service. The administrator at the specified email address will be alerted to the following types of events:

The Notification Service cannot be contacted.
The Notification Service, which previously could not be contacted, is now able to be contacted.
The Notification Service experienced an error but does not require a restart.
The Notification Service experienced an error and needs to be restarted to restore functionality.

Click Finish after you have configured the following:

Setting	Description
Enable Health Monitoring	Select the check box to enable health monitoring for the Notification Service.
Email host	The name of the mail server used by the notification health monitor.
Notification email	The email address to which health monitor notification emails will be sent.
Health check interval (in seconds)	The frequency at which the notification health check will be performed.
