GETTING STARTED:

• Support is available at any District Office or through the AFSC Call Center during regular business hours, select Contact Us for AFSC contact information.
• You may begin a Straight Hail application by selecting the Purchase tab.
• Prior to committing to purchase, you will be able to view coverage and costs on the Quote screen, and edit or cancel the purchase.
• If you insure crops under the annual crop insurance programs and you wish to purchase Straight Hail insurance online:
• Advise your District Office at the time of land report filing that you wish to purchase Straight Hail online so that your land report can be processed promptly.
• If your land report has not been filed or processed, completion of your Straight Hail online purchase requires you to key crop type and acres by location as well as coverage and deductible that you wish to purchase.
• If you are not a current Production Insurance or Straight Hail client, please contact a District Office for assistance with your first purchase.
