Access to CPIP and Straight Hail is allowed for eligible clients. If you have difficulty accessing a program, please contact any District Office for assistance.

This website performs best when using Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox. You need to enable pop ups to ensure you are receiveing all of your information when using the AFSC website.

To find the browser and version you are using:

• For Internet Explorer, click on "About Internet Explorer" under "Help" menu.
• For Mozilla Firefox, click on "About Mozilla Firefox" under "Help" menu.
• You will need Adobe Reader to view your statements, to download Adobe Reader for free go to http://get.adobe.com/reader.

How to enable pop-ups:

If using Internet Explorer:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools from the top of your window, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
2. In the Address of website to allow box, type myafsc.afsc.ca, and click Add and then Close.
3. CPIP Clients - In the Address of website to allow box, type epayment.alberta.ca and click Add.

If using Mozilla Firefox:

1. In Firefox, click Tools from the top of your window, click Options, and then click Content panel.
2. Click on Exceptions beside 'Block pop-up windows'.
3. In the Address of web site box, type myafsc.afsc.ca and click Allow and then Close.
4. CPIP Clients - In the Address of web site box, type epayment.alberta.ca and click Allow.
