<cite> Citations are used whenever content is borrowed or quoted from another source. If the citation references an online resource, the citation itself should link to it. Citations have no special rendering of their own, however, they need to be marked to improve accessibility to AFSC's web sites for users that need to use screen readers and other accessibility tools.
